How about all the faux conservative outrage over other things - like the "birther" movement (that Trump fueled). Even just this year conservatives went off on Clinton and Obama for wishing Easter worshippers a great day and mad they didn't say Christians or the fake "war" on Christmas.

Also for the last six years of Obama's presidency the Republicans when in control held five investigations into the Obama administration. Obama didn't face inquiries into his personal and financial life because he was more transparent about his holdings and his personal finances were less complicated.

Let's be real - conservatives ripped into Obama for any little thing they could find. For eight years. Trump gets attacked based on his actions, his words and puts his foot in his mouth on a daily basis.

Just my two cents - I don't think it was a slip I think it was deliberate.
