So, my question is why haven't they been arrested and prosecuted, since they are breaking NJ laws?

Haul them in and into a holding cell,
While charges are being set. They get all frazzled .. take before magistrate and put them all on
Probation with tons of community
Service .. and if they do good they might get their fines back.. the expense of wasting time doing community service, missing work
Will frazzle thrm even more..
because they will not be able to
Bother us 2A right practicing members of the communities..

I am recalling other organizations that start out with a mission and the power corrupts some of the hierarchy and zingo. Some still exist but have no clout.
