I would love to see these proponents introduce bills to repeal the parts of the Constitution they find incongruent with their agenda. Electoral College, 2d Amendment, part of the 1st and 4th Amendments..
Introduce them in Congress, debate them, and let the people decide come Election Day.
I suspect that the problem will be solved.

Never ceases to amaze me the people pushing for the greatest government control have no idea how limited they would be once their government of choice took over. President Trump tolerates how people treat him because our Constitution allows it but I do not see a President O'Rourke or Warren or Sanders allowing it and suddenly ANTIFA is no more. Unlike President Bone Spurs, a President Pocahontas would land them in jail. They really have no idea what they are asking for.
