The Electoral College’s Racist Origins

Mark - You forgot to add the part about the racist origins of the Democrat Party.

So propose a Constitutional Amendment to get rid of the Electoral College and quit bitching about it. If the cause is just, you should have no problem convincing 2/3 of Congress (see what I did there?) and 3/4 of State Legislatures.
