Fostech Origin 12 - Next Level of Semi-Auto 12 Gauge Shotguns

Just how much does an automatic shotgun with a loaded magazine of 12 gauge weight anyhow? The specs say this beast is almost 10 lbs empty. That starts out heavier than the Keltec KSG, which is 7 lbs empty. My calculations says a 2 3/4" shot shell should come in somewhere around 1.6 oz., so a thirty round drum has 3 lbs. of ammo plus the drum itself. A 14 lbs. Weapon?
