BREAKING. Russia's only aircraft carrier has caught fire at port. The diesel powered craft has been evacuated, but there is believed to be at least one fatality at this point.

Someone is getting fired (pun intended) for this one.
The Kuznetzov is a floating piece of junk that can barely function and can't leave port without an escorting tugboat for use when her engines inevitably break down.
She burns heavy fuel oil, and the smoke plume from it can be seen for miles. If it wasn't for the prestige involved, Russia would have likely given up on it and scrapped or sold it just like they did with the (now) Liaoning.
