Let me just give my condolences to the Liberals and far left-ers who woke up this morning to the horrifying realization that Trump is still the president, and is likely to be for the next 5 years. Further, let me console you over the fact that this is now out of Pelosi et al's hands - the Senate can act without her transmitting the articles.

Well if she withholds the articles it is more proof she is doing this out of personal spite vs any concern for the country or Constitution and it will end up hurting the Democratic Party. It will be a major hari kari move.

Sole power of impeachment by House, done. Now, according to Constitution...
Trial of Impeachment
The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.”
ARTICLE I, SECTION 3, CLAUSE 6
Trial of Impeachment
