Apart from the political tone it is worth reading for its concern about national security
Where was the concern for Nat Sec for the past 8 years? We did nothing to curtail the North Korea Nuke Program and we payed millions or billions to a group of lunatics in Tehran that chant Death to America so they can have a "peaceful" Nuke Program. Note: (I failed to mention Ukraine and the memorandum of defense that Obama signed for their defense if anything should happen because I wanted to shield the previous President from any negativity just like the Media covered him for his entire Presidency).

I respect Eliot Cohen's opinion.
For many years I have found his words, though too-often feeling like getting a stick-in-the-eye, worthy of serious consideration.
Unfortunately, too much of the knee-jerk immediate reaction will remind me of today's Prickly City comic.
