We’re seeing major unrest as more consumers speak up against the monopolization of Big Tech - I saw a commercial just a day or so ago for a credit card issued straight from Google (or was it Apple? Same difference). From my analysis and those of others in the field, I think 2020 will be filled with more talk than action on this. But who knows what anti-trust measures might pop up soon; one thing for sure is that something needs to change in the industry.
