Scared, angry passengers are trapped on three cruise ships amid coronavirus outbreak

I understand that they are angry BUT, we cannot allow them to spread the disease. We do need to get assistance to them.

Saw this on the news last night, don't blame them for being mad.

I think the world could have responded better instead of saying this is not a big problem since very few people were infected at the time. They defined the state of it instead of the risk of it.
