Defense Department agency suffers data breach: report

It was maybe a decade ago that an American man watched as Chinese hackers broke into the most sensitive government sites and stole all the information in 30 minutes. Instead of thanking that individual, the federal government tried to discredit and ruin him.

So much for "defense".
