I think I will pass Sir, the wounded from both battles of Fallujah and Mosul mess hall bombing was enough fun for me.

Perhaps from your experience - but learning how one operation was done provides some background for others when the next occurs and insight into critical areas that were looked at then. Too often we as a whole forget those items soon after.. and relearn them the hard way... again and again. Make sure you pass your experience on to your subordinates MAJ - so that they will not have to relearn the hard way what you have seen and experienced.
