There's no "avoiding" a second wave. We can't isolate forever. The point of the lockdown was to "flatten the curve" which we've done. Now cases which are going to continue to happen will not over run our health care system (unless all the laid off health care workers don't come back to work.) Stop using fear of a second wave to maintain continued abeyance of people's freedoms.

The president's phased guidelines to open up America again are a scientific driven approach that the top health and infectious disease experts in the federal government agreed with. This is the bullshit sentence. Trump wanted to open up the country regardless of safe practices standards.
