Let's see, Trump has lost at every level to the Supreme Court, mainly because his arguments are crap. All Trump is trying to do is stall, because no lawyer can read the case law and reasonably come to the conclusion that Trump is correct, legally. He'll lose again.

Well Roberts did just help Trump Admin by putting off release of Mueller Grand Jury transcripts unredacted. So everything is 50-50 with Roberts protecting his legacy.

MAJ James Woods - It's only a temporary stay. CJ Roberts also ordered the House Judiciary Committee to file a response by May 18th. The stay isn't uncommon in this type of case.

I hope this man is correct, but we must take into consideration there is a different Court than back when Clinton was POTUS.
