Acquired immunity from any disease varies individually. In regards to acquired immunity from COVID-19, the jury is still out.

I question, like some experts of epidemiology have wondered, if this virus can lie dormant like numerous other viruses do in the body, and reemerge whenever it finds a chance. That could be a major issue. Much like how EBV and herpes have no cure, only medications that keep them at bay, this could stay in the body and cause problems later if not the first go around... If that's the case, we should have stayed in lockdown until a vaccine was created. We simply don't know enough about this virus.

Stay in lockdown until a vaccine is found? Do you own a firearm and are willing to use it? Unemployment is up to 33mil+, that many without jobs, people after many months would be unable to pay for food and many lose their homes. If you were one of the lucky ones, the disenfranchised would take from you what they need.
