Sometimes Trump appoints people to important positions who have absolutely no requisite experiences. He wants "yes" people.

The POTUS refuses to accept any oversight, and while he puts on an air of bravado, he lacks the courage you personally relieve any individual of their position. Instead, he signs an order late at night, or he said confrontation and has a 'yes' man or woman do it.
