Cpt Prickett I am no lawyer and I am sure you will correct my error but I think the Fokker case and one other Supreme Court case does not allow Sullivan to appoint a prosecutor. Prosecution is the sole venue of the executive branch. This will be dropped because this is been so politicized at this point. The Turkey project is extraneous. His third error is sleepy Joe will not defeat Trump. Joe can’t even stay on course with scripted interviews. NAACP didn’t endorse Biden , they don’t endorse candidates, Biden doesn’t get to decide who is black. That was from one scripted interview. Basically Joe is a dumpster fire.
