PO1 William "Chip" Nagel I fear you are correct that Far-Right Extremists are hoping to turn the George Floyd protests into a new civil war!

My question is why haven’t the nation’s 17 intelligence agencies made more progress in determining the source of funds for the protestors and the master mind co-ordinating these riots?
