I'll respond without reading. The argument seems to be the comparison of basic Const. rights vs. powers of elected govt. Feds forfeit all laws to States not allowed under Constitution. I think there are workarounds, maybe martial law. People "believe" worship, but only "crave" the social scene. Wars and Crusades are germane.

Capt Gregory Prickett - I read it and it still seems to be about oppressing religious freedom or the right to participate. I agree with the decision, but it remains controversial to some. You can't please everyone.

CWO3 (Join to see) - then you have an incorrect view of religious freedom. The religious don't get the right to do anything that is forbidden by law, if the law is religiously neutral and of general applicability.

If the religious don't like that, too bad. It's still the law.
