Clearly he came to shoot. Look at his arm, that sure not an orthopedic strap.

I wear the same type strap when the tendons in the elbow get inflamed. Mine usually starts after taking time off from lifting weights and when going back lifting too heavy. You can only get so many cortisone shots a year.
