PO1 Robert Payne - It exempts a whole range of people, not just non-white people. And are you claiming that people of color aren't at higher risk of being shot by the police than whites?

PO1 Robert Payne - There's nothing anecdotal about it. Blacks are 2-1/2 times as likely to be shot by police compared to whites.

If you weren't so bound and determined to make everything a racial issue, you might see that. Do you who else takes that same approach? White supremacists. How do you feel about the Proud Boys or Boogaloos?

PO1 Robert Payne - one of the Proud Boy lawyers was from my area, until he was suspended by the State Bar. He's unquestionably a racist, and promoted the Proud Boys as being a racist organization. They participate in political violence, espouse white supremacist and anti-Semitic ideologies, were part of the Unite the Right fiasco in Charlottesville, and are racist.
