What is your thoughts on Life in Prison without Parole?
Read this article on CNN. BLUF: 17 year old was bored, decided to kill someone. Did so (shot random victim in the back). Now found guilty of 1st Degree Murder and due to age 17 at time of crime will get Life in Prison without Parole.... so, my thoughts are.... Life without Parole....he will NEVER be a contributing member of society. Will contribute to prison over-population. I am wondering why we keep them around (locked up in prison) if they will never get out? What are your thoughts?? http://www.cnn.com/2015/04/18/us/thrill-kill-teen-convicted/index.html

Why on earth would we keep someone alive who stands no chance of parole?

I don't see why the life sentence matters. I don't want these kinds of people in society regardless of their sentence. I don't care if the sentence was 25 year or 200 years. These kinds of people need to be culled from society.
