SSG Robert Mark Odom well I can certainly see that the environment still reflects my experience 1983-1989. Things are what they are. The times will certainly change, evolve, and move forward, some people will follow suit and some people will not follow suit. Laws and riots do not change hearts. The free will of humankind has a vote.
