Find and hold them accountable too, Hold China respoonsible Too monetary!!!

Re -visit the tests results by the respective labs, And Come up with holding them responsible with fines, fees, etc, and put all this in the Hands accountable of Treasury for issuing out, utilizing these monies to pay for more research.If in research they are found wrong and present it as right , they should pay!
