Latest Kenosha Police report states police were called because Jacob Blake was not supposed to be at girlfriend's residence. Blake told police he had a knife in his possession. Police tried to arrest Blake. He was shot with a Taser twice before he escaped and walked to the drivers side of his car. After he was shot, police found a knife in the drivers doorway area.
Blake was arrested the month prior for sexual assault and criminal trespass, he has previously been charged with domestic battery of an ex-girlfriend.
