Here is Biden claiming he was a University Professor when he left the Senate. The only problem is Biden never taught one class. Why does Biden feel the need to inflate his academic record?

That's because he was appointed as the Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice Professor at the University of Pennsylvania.
