It's perhaps easier to comment on public officials' opinions than correspond with a lesser person on theirs. Here is my opinion... take it for what it's worth. If NASA confirmed an asteroid the size of a small moon was headed for earth and would hit us in thirty days... I'd want them to spend every dollar necessary if there was even the slimmest chance they could save the planet. If we had to institute martial law, seize public assets, or even invade another country to get what we'd need... that might be a logical price to pay to save humanity.

"Asteroids" come in many sizes.

COVID-19 has not (thus far) demonstrated the capacity to decimate the human population let alone wipe it out completely. It's a killer... like many other illnesses; but perhaps more virulent than most we've faced in living memory. Statistically, it appears to be most lethal among those who are already weakened by other diseases, age, or general poor health. Doing nothing would be inconceivable... but not establishing some practical limits on what we do would be equally unreasonable. We are not France, Italy, or the UK. Citizens of the USA value liberty highly, and are willing to take risks to keep it. It is difficult to measure what's "worse"... losing people to a contagion, or watching peoples' lives fall apart as we try to protect them...

... and that's before we even being to ask the difficult question of whether or not any of this is related to ulterior motives or intentional sabotage.

As for BLM, a quick perusal of their own website indicates their movement goes far beyond merely seeking justice for alleged abuses of force by the police. Their goals and aims read like a progressive sociology checklist, covering everything from immigration to climate change.

If it has become anathema to question whether or not this "pandemic" and this "movement" is what it claims to be... than I suppose a pariah I will be.
