'Pigouvian Tax' on Guns an Intolerable Act that Will Only Increase Violence

In layman's terms; It's like your group med insurance goes up because other people on the same plan live unhealthy life styles, or your auto insurance goes up because of where you live. The perfect socialist tax, somebody's doing something they don't like, they tax everyone else to cause animosity aimed at the doer's. Remember those pushups in basic because "Snuffy" F'd up?
