Exit polls suggest the socialist candidate, Luis Arce, an ally of former president, Evo Morales, has won Bolivia's presidential election. A year ago, furious protests about the previous election led to left-wing president Mr Morales standing down and going into exile, following allegations of electoral fraud. Journalist Monica Machicao has been following events in La Paz and explains why a win for Luis Arce may result in the Evo Morales returning to Bolivia.
