NASA's Crew-1 SpaceX mission commander will join the US Space Force: report

According to SpaceNews, U.S. Air Force colonel and NASA astronaut Michael Hopkins is the commander of the four-person Crew-1 mission currently scheduled to launch to the International Space Stationon a SpaceX Crew Dragon capsule on Nov. 14.

SPC Randy Zimmerman - I actually believed I was in good physical condition when I arrived at Harmony Church Delta 8-2 in Fort Benning, Georgia 1968. It was one of those hot Georgia days when our drill sergeant took me and my brother trainees on our first PT run. During the run there were guys falling to the rear of our formation and puking on the side of the road. This unauthorized puking activity did not please our drill sergeant and he went berserk. I realized that first day of BCT I was NOT in good Army physical condition. There were a few guys in need of a medic. A hot time in Georgia. :o)
