I have at two Christmas parties I planned I hired a DJ with a karaoke machine. All the platoons had to sing a song and it was also a singing competition and the winner for $100. There were a lot of bad singing and a little good singing. The kicker is we had a gong and an extroverted gong master to work the crowd. It was so funny. The crowd got so ruthless that they started to boo before the singing commenced. lol I absolutely loved it. If any of you are in charge of planning Christmas parties message me if you want ideas, or just want ideas to build morale.
