I would vote for the Dog for Governor. Calling Rabbit Hash being part of any Metro area may be a stretch. I worked in Burlington for awhile, which was/is about the outside edge of the metro area. Rabbit Hash is still a small and rural River Town. The easiest way to find it on a map is to find Rising Sun, Indiana, then go straight across the river.
