I feel for Utah, but they had to have known since March that it was coming. The old man in me says -- prior preparation prevents piss-poor performance

How did this state vote, red or blue?
It doesn’t matter. Immediate action is required utilize all assets available, military, EMS, Fire, retired, students. Those on the front lines daily need some relief.
PTSD FOR THEM WILL BE IMMENSE AND LONG LASTING.
The governor needs to act now.
