This a keeper for now, my son is better at it and he has 2 sons to watch the smoker.
I sent him the recipe.

People keep telling me of the wonders of hard liquor in marinades, grilling, and smoking. I guess I have an unsophisticated palate. Every sample I've tried left me thinking why not just mist it with some kerosene just before you remove it from the fire.
