The SCOTUS has already refused to hear a case from PA, so they also seem to be taking a dim view of the President's lawsuits.

True. OTOH, it only takes 4 justices to grant certiorari to hear the case.

CW4 Guy Butler - Agreed. Having said that, outside of some really compelling case (of which the Trump team has none of right now), I'm thinking the SCOTUS won't want to touch this.
