MSgt Steve Sweeney anyone who still thinks the 2920 election was stolen is a chronic denier.
..."VERDICT
The documentary “2000 Mules” does not provide any concrete, verifiable evidence of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election. Technology and election integrity experts consulted by Reuters also did not find the geolocation, surveillance or any other information presented showed plausible evidence of fraud."

Joe Biden didn't steal anything. He's too damn stupid. No, it was a disorganized mob of Independent actors taking advantage of a voting system riddled with vulnerabilities, especially harvested ballots and poorly supervised personnel processing them. If Biden ascends to the Oval Office, I suspect that we will never have another fair election ever again in this nation

Capt Gregory Prickett - You say po-tah-to, we say potato. That's what it's all about. And yes, you are biased, aren't you?

CPT Jack Durish - Jack, you can have your own beliefs. You don't get to have your own facts. In this case, it's that you do not understand the difference between an assertion and evidence. This isn't something that is nuanced.

Capt Gregory Prickett - You are a student of the law. I am a student of the language. The real problem is that you are defending a demented shell of one of the dumbest individuals practicing politics while slavishly fooling the herd attacking a man who accomplished many good things while being attacked by the media, both political parties, and the administrative state. You ignore their children; Joe's son the poster child of moral depravity vs President Trump's truly accomplished clan, and yet you can't see the implications of that difference. You can play lawyer on RP all you want. It will never give you any advantage over common sense. Now, I've had enough laughs for today. I'm going to spend the rest of it annoying someone else

CPT Jack Durish - Jesus, do you always get everything so wrong? OK, let's go through them one by one.

Any student of the law is also a student of language, especially of definitions and usage. Your position on what is an assertion is just wrong, both by definition and usage. According to the Oxford dictionary, assertion is: "a confident and forceful statement of fact or belief." According to the legal definition, it: "means to initiate or pursue any Claim, suit, litigation or other proceeding before any legal, judicial, arbitration, administrative, executive or other type of body or tribunal, anywhere in the world, that has or claims to have authority to adjudicate such action."

Second, who am I supposedly defending, Biden? I think not, he's too far to the left for me. All I've done is point out that there wasn't any fraud and Trump lost the election by the same number of votes as Herbert Hoover did at the start of the Great Depression.

Third, about attacking Trump? Sure, I have. He's run a company that has repeatedly been found liable for fraud, with Trump U., with his foundation, and so on. People jump on Hunter supposedly using his access to prosper in business, while ignoring the same thing with Ivanka and her IP deals with China, or her husband's deals with Saudi Arabia. Has Hunter had drug problems? Sure. But so has Don Jr. We can go through the other issues like racism, etc., but you don't see any problems with that at all.

Finally, unlike you, I actually am a lawyer. Yes, I know you earned an LLB, later converted to a JD, but all that means is that you can sit for the bar. It's only when you pass the bar and practice law that you are a lawyer. That doesn't mean anything aside from being able to represent others in court and to give legal advice. It's no more important than any other job, or less important.
