Capt Gregory Prickett - There is a reason several of the judges in these election lawsuits have reminded these attorneys about their ethics rules before they start their arguments. Somehow I envision this in chambers when reading that diatribe:

Patricia Overmeyer - I would hate to be a judge in one of those cases. After having read some of these pleadings and affidavits, I'm afraid that there would be too many lawyers who would be given show cause orders and hearings...

Capt Gregory Prickett - I've been surprised that the judges haven't slapped attorney fees and costs in several of these cases. I've read just about every single pleading that's been filed and each one so far has certainly earned opposing counsel's fees and costs as well as show cause hearings. I don't ever remember hearing a judge remind an attorney about ethics rules before a hearing started. I've had to argue a few cases regarding ethics rules when I had to withdraw from whacko client cases, but never had a judge remind me or opposing counsel of the ethics rules.

This is just one reason why I do not accept the results in a number of states

I'd like to know how a non-citizen can vote.
I also don't believe the number of people who think that Trump got cheated.
I'm sorry but I disagree with a lot of people the popular vote says Biden won
Trump just doesn't want to admit that he lost he doesn't like losing but he's a loser

Non-citizens were regularly allowed to vote in federal elections until the 1920s or so. Some states allowed it for much longer than that in state and local elections.
