Where does it show he promoted it? He tagged 6-7 media pundits and wrote freedom only kneels for God. That phrase is the exact opposite of martial law which is basically a seizure of freedom.
I don't know your practices, but if I find something that is questionable on Facebook or other social media, I sometimes repost it with a comment to get other peoples reaction to it. It isn't an endorsement. If I agree with something, I put a like on it

If Trump Biden or any future President ever declares martial law it is a point of debarkation we will never fully recover from...I don't think this will happen but my God I hope it doesn't!
