What was the chain of custody on these "found" ballots?

SFC Thomas Foreman - He was vote number 60 for Obamacare, so no stone was unturned to make sure he won that election, by hook or by crook.

1SG (Join to see) - The chain of custody is simple. All of the counties in the district, save one that flips every election, are Republican. The election officials were GOP personnel.

And while I know that Franken was your past senator, how, exactly, could he impact the election in central New York?

Capt Gregory Prickett - Prime example of the type of fraud alleged here happened in the Coleman/ Franken race.
When I say chain of custody, I mean someone signs for sealed boxes of ballots, when they are unsealed, when they are counted, when they are stored.
I want to know who the schmuckatelli was that had these 55 ballots squirreled away, and some more information about this "post-it" issue.

There have been too many such events for it all to have been coincidence, SSG Robert Webster.

LTC Stephen C. - if there have been "too many such events," then lay out actual evidence instead of the bs conclusory affidavits that have been thrown out of 39 of the 40 lawsuits. Use real locations in those affidavits instead of counties that do not exist. Use the courts instead of calling for martial law to usurp the election and have a military coup to keep Trump in power. And why haven't you criticized that effort?

SSG Robert Webster - you have stood up against the call for martial law, and I applaud you for that, because you understand what will happen to the nation in the event that it happens. Present evidence, actual evidence, not the crap that has been presented thus far.

For both of you (and ignoring Kirk's screams that the sky is falling), the way that the case is proceeding in the 22d District. Tenney, the Republican, has a valid argument that the judge should certify the results as they stand, since the election officials did not follow the law. That's what the evidence is showing, and at the least, there can be a full manual recount.

That does not, however, provide evidence that will help Trump. He lost New York by 22.1% and almost 2 million votes. But Trump did carry the 22d District, because it was a traditionally GOP area.

For Kirk S. - you really expect people to believe that the election officials in those counties are trying to corruptly influence the election for a Democrat? All but one of the counties are staunchly Republican, and the one county flips back and forth every county election, but has overwhelmingly voted for the GOP presidential candidate for decades. Hell, in one of the counties, the last time it voted for a Democrat for president was for LBJ in 1964. The rest of the presidential elections from 1884 forward were GOP. But those are the people who are going to cheat for Biden? Who's being ignorant here?

I've sat here listening to the LIVE breifings in MI, PA AZ and GA. There is no doubt that shenanigans that could rise to criminal activity have taken place. I'm welcoming an investigation. Why aren't you? If an unbiased court finds no evidence, fine, but why is the left so afraid of the investigations if they are so convinced of unfounded allegations?

Considering video shows boxes of ballots pulled out after Republican watchers are kicked out, this violates the sanctitiy/integrity of the election. Would you, greg want to know where these ballots came from? What if those were all Trump ballots? Why don't we get to the bottom of this in a bipartisan manner? Wouldn't you agree?

That in no way "violates" the election process. Are there issues that need to be looked at, long term? Probably, but this is not evidence of fraud, at least not yet, and not without more information. Right now, it's merely an assertion by lawyers.
