I believe there is intrigue here. Were the insiders actually trying to help the protesters, or was a conscience decision made to have lax security. We will never be told the truth. I tend to believe the conscience decision made to have lax security because I read a part of an article that said our Country's intelligence agencies warned the Capitol Police about what was happening, and it’s obvious they didn’t listen. MHO
