I don't think there is anything wrong per se with attending that protest, other than gullibility and political opportunism. It is really the people who entered the Congress I have a problem with.

Peaceful protest is a right.
What some did is not legal and I hope they see jail.

I would say it depends on if the talked to crowd and if they tried to stir things up or not
