I do believe I received it under the Obama administration... so why would it be taken away? And in terms of pay raise the substantial pay raise is when your E-6 and above everybody below is just happy with uniform allowance. Now I do understand and appreciate your rank time and sacrifice to this country so I can’t speak for officers. But what’s pay for a E-2? 8 years ago it was around 750 to 800 every two weeks and 1000for E-4s and this is with No bah. Pay has went up almost three hundred dollars since then.
