They think this will be a permanent part of President Trump's historical record? Actually, it will be theirs. Personally, I'd be embarrassed to be a member of this Congress. I'd be embarrassed even if I had someone representing me in this Congress. (I live in California, where representatives are elected by the ballot counters)
