Packing and unpacking the Supreme Court has been around since John Adams and the Judiciary Act of 1801. The Constitution needs to be amended to keep the Supreme Court at 9 Justices. That seems to be the best number for deliberate and conscientious consensus.

So, what I hear you saying is that because it's been done it's ok to do now? That's just a fallacy to deflect from the idea that it's just that, a bad idea. How about term limits, wouldn't that be a better option? Or actually use the Constitution and remove judges that violate the "good behavior" clause of their position?

Stupida##motherf#ckers seems a little too nice for what these orgiastic Democrats are doing and planning on doing. The only hope is the federal courts and midterms. Cpl (Join to see)

For the entire Trump administration we've been hearing about if it is legal they can do it, norms be damned. No problem for the Senate to hold up SCOTUS seats either because they can legally do it, heck with norms, we're getting what we want.

Well, hello, here we are. Sucks, don't it? Probably doesn't seem fair even.
