I can not give enough credit to the Fisher House Foundation. I believe they have built around 90 very nice facilities for family members to use for free when service members are undergoing physical and mental therapy on various posts. They are a very lean organization. If you donate a dollar to them, practically all the money goes toward services and facilities. Their fiscal efficiency is world class.

I wonder if the people who suffer the most, even if we make it back from deployment intact, are our families and loved ones. I don't think I caused more grief in my mom's life than my deployments.
