I really have a hard time when America seems to be focusing on the gender of Mr Potato head and supposed NAZI symbols while sports figures and manufacturers have no problems embracing a government committing genocide, slave labor and torture. Seems to me priorities are out of focus. Biden called theChinese genocide of the Higuers a Chinese “cultural norm”.

1. Cite then source where the Biden administration called it a "cultural norm" (It is not mentioned in your Forbes article)

2. You forget that the Trump administration chose to look the other way on the issue in order to obtain a trade deal with China

Biden added, "No American President can be sustained as a President if he doesn't reflect the values in the United States. So I am not going to speak out against what he is doing in Hong Kong, what he is doing with the Uighurs in the western mountains of China, Taiwan and One China policy by making it forceful, and he gets it. Culturally there are different norms in each country and their leaders are expected to follow," Biden said
