Airplane-size asteroid flies closer than moon - See orbit & pic

It is not a common event to have a comet pass in between the moon and Earth, but one comet was detected that was only 173,000 miles from us... It was as big as a small to medium sized Aircraft and had it had eyes on Earth would have been seriously detrimental to life on our Planet...

Of course we were not directly in its path, or we would have known about this comet well before March 13th, when it was detected... You might remember back when we sent a spacecraft to rendezvous with an asteroid to and land... that was part of the plan....but.......
I will follow this up with a more detailed video which will delineate our plans for knocking a comet off its trajectory... The further away from Earth, the easier it is to knock it out of that trajectory...

As time goes on, SGT Denny Espinosa, this may become a more prevalent scenario that we, as a species, need to be aware of and have the mechanisms in place to avert a cataclysmic occurrence!

It's bad enough that future generations will have to contend with all the near-earth-orbit trash we have left every time they list off. At least the technology keeps improving so their chances of survival grows with each decade.
