This ruling seems appropriate. There needs to be some further examination of what can be seized in the modern era, just like recent rulings regarding cell phones and records. For example, social media posts should probably require the consent of the content creator. The major social media platforms are operating in a similar way to utility companies. Vast numbers of people use these services for communication through public postings, direct messages, and voice/video. This widespread usage creates a situation where these platforms come very close to becoming public goods.

The same could be said about private video systems, some of which have been seized by PDs during investigations without a search warrant.
