"The Army’s largest command is making a significant change to how it handles sexual harassment complaints by moving those investigations out of a soldier’s direct chain of command. The decision comes three months after dozens of recommendations were made by a civilian committee that found the response to sexual assault and harassment at Fort Hood was dismal, to say the least.

I am appalled at the allegations of no punishment, revenge taking, ole boy networking, no actions taken. It goes against everything I stood for in the army. Take care of soldiers. Buddy fvcker need to be weeded out.

I think for the formal complaints, there should be an independent investigator separate from the Military. Seriously, Soldiers are going to know if a strange officer with a different unit crest shows up asking questions, so might as well have someone trained in investigation do it.
