PO1 Tony Holland Effective? I Know I handled Messages for and have a Ribbon for Freedom of Navigation Operations Off Libya. I Know I got to Get Up Close and Personal with Iran and it could be Refereed to as "Freedom of Navigation" Operation. Usually More Like Smacking a Hornets Nests to See what they'll do and the Tools they'll Use. Getting Order of Battle Information on a Likely Enemy.
